Hello and welcome to my local property blog. I have been in the Property Market since 1995, having bought, sold and rented out property and also managing Bychoice Estate Agents.

I have often been asked to share my thoughts on the local property market with my landlords, what and where to buy for instance, but now I want to share with everybody as well.

On this blog I will talk about what is happening in the local property markets in Bury St Edmunds and Suffolk areas.

I will look at specific streets, housing estates, areas and property types. I will also post what I think are good buy to let investments.
